Wheres my refund?

I received an email from paypal on 29th January advising that I had been refunded from an ebay supplier and there is still nothing on my pay pal account. Im confused!

Have a look at the activity on your account and drill into the detail in nec. It will be there .

You may have to look into the original transaction too , as the funding source could affect

where the money goes .  The paypal site is woefully misleading with all this refund stuff

and you should tell them so as only by doing that will they improve that and stop getting

lots of frustrated and annoyed customers .

Getting refunded and actually getting the refund itself are two different things here . Just

read all the other posts here .  Ball Park is 5-7 days to get it back .

If you still cant find anything , go to originating transaction , click contact us on bottom of page .

Then Call us and phone the number and enter the 6 digit code to get through quickly to someone

to discuss it ..

If you funded the original transaction to the seller via a card then it goes back there automatically.

Takes up to a week to return to your bank account and a bit longer sometimes for a credit card.
