Unknown First DDR Payment

Hi, I recently bought a camera from someone and paid for it using Paypal by transferring money from my card/bank to my account and all was well but I just checked my online banking and saw that I got charged again by Paypal for the same amount of money. However, this time, I didn't receive double the amount of money I originally wanted in my account. Also, the payment was under a different name. The original payment was under 'Online Payment' but this was one is 'First DDR PAYMENT DDR' and it states that this is a regular transaction. My question is, how do I cancel this payment/transaction forever and how do I get my money back. Please help ASAP.

1. you can't transfer funds from a card in the UK, you can only transfer funds from a bank account linked and verified to your paypal accoiunt.

2. if you did use your bank account then the funds transfer would take 5-7 days to hit your paypal balance.

3. if you buy something paypal will only take from that balance if there are cleared funds in there at the time of the purchase, if not then they automatically take it directly from your bank account (unless you have a card attached and switch the funding source to a card during the payment process).

4. The direct debit would show the payment that was made to your seller, it is not a monthly amount it just shows in your online banking the last payment made via paypal.
