I bought a item through a seller that has only sold 2 items. It has been 20 days and it is still unclaimed. I have emailed the seller around 3-4 times, and I get no response. Not sure what to do. I received the items and they were as described and packed very well. I just can not get the seller to respond or claim their money.
If you go to ebay and click on advanced search > contact member you can request their tel number if you want.
However they may need to claim the first payment or they may have put the wrong email address on their auction and so paypal mark it unclaimed until they correct it.
If not claimed it may well come back to you so if it does you defo need to phone the seller and sort things.
