2 weeks ago I won an item with a 4 day dispatch time and have had no response from seller. No item, no communication. I was pretty patient until the beginning of the week when I messaged them, no reply. Further messages were sent and one was finally sent back saying they were out of office until the next day. The next day came and went with no response again so finally, frustrated I politely requested a refund should be processed ASAP or I would have no choice but to file with Paypal for Item not recieved.
Rather than answering me, or even refunding and apologising as a good seller should, their next move was to mark item as dispatched and to carry on ignoring me. I have told them in no uncertain terms I do not want this item, I will refuse to sign for it should it arrive tracked (though thats doubtful given it was free P+P) and I have opened and escalated an INR claim.
As seller posted way over the 7 days from purchase have they lost seller protection anyway? Is there any more I can do now because frankly I just want a refund and have it over with. Its not a huge amount, £13 but I'm so annoyed that a seller can treat a customer like this.
