This cat had a large quantity of computer hardware. After posting around 400 items and selling a big # of them now he has pulled all merch. and I can't seem to get a response and nothing has been shipped. Have I been "hit and ran"? And if so WTF do I do now?
BTW- I realize this is as much a eBay problem (if not more so) but I couldn't find a forum there....
If you do not receive an item then you have up to 45 days to file a dispute on ebay for item not received. After about another 4 days if you have not had the refund or item you get the option to escalate the dispute to a claim.
Then if the seller cannot prove delivery of the item to you with a tracking number you should get a refund, if the seller does not refund then ebay will under ebay buyer protection.
