So I attempted to make a purchase with paypal yesterday, however the payment was refused, "refused payment is listed as"
Refused
- Payments sent: The recipient decided not to accept your payment.
- Payments received: You decided not to accept the payment.
- Withdrawals to your bank account: Your withdrawal request was refused due to a rejection by your bank. We have returned the funds to your PayPal account.
Well my payment wasn't accepted because my debit card isn't valid in their country or something to that extent - fair enough, no problem there......However, In my "activity" tab the payment status is indeed refused but the transaction details say that the money was taken from my account and the transaction will appear on my statement as etc etc, I have no funds in my paypal account so where has the money gone? am I being really thick and they haven't taken the money, if not, where the **bleep** did it go? I've searched around a few threads and info differs thread to thread so if someone could help me out that'd be great,
