I purchased a "making memories slice machine on the 19th Nov and upon receiving it, I realized it wasn't in working order and contacted the seller, her story kept changing but told me that I should try this, this and this which I have done but still it does not work how can I get a refund for this ? When purchasing the item in the comments section I stated it was for the sale of a cutting machine etc , I don't know how to get this sorted out, can anyone help please
