Refund still is pending

I have had a refund by a company and they refunded fully  in Jan 4 but the money which should be refunded still is in pending status.Today is January 11 I have another refund today which im afaraid the same will happen to this new refund and im afraid it stays in pending status.I don't know why it is pending?

A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque.

So if its an echeque it has to clear through from the sellers bank account > paypal > and then it is credited to you and the hold lifted.

Normally 5-7 business days.
