Refund "completed" but not in my account

Hi So I have a refund I am desperate for and it says the status is completed however it is not in my PayPal or bank account. Tricky bit - the money came off of my card, which has since been replaced. Will the money go into my account by default?

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.
If your cancelled card was a debit card and linked to your existing bank account then it should still go through.
If it was a cancelled credit card who's company you don't use anymore then it "should" bounce back to your paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
