I bought something incorrectly so was issued a refund on the 21st of September. When i click on the pending refund it says the refund is being processed and the money should be with me by the 25th however it is now the 27th and the money is still not in my account and it still says this.
It sounds like the refund is pending because the original payment is still processing from your bank. Once the original payment completes the refund will be available in your PayPal balance.
