Refund (over 30 days ago) not passed back to credit card by Paypal

I received a refund for a purchase on 6 February; Paypal does not return this to the credit card used (now beyond the 30 days limit). Has anyone got a phone number / chat link as I'm unable to find any kind of contact details on the website.  Any help appreciated!
