I'm aware that there are other topics on that but for some reason Paypal won't let me reply on the other topics.
I asked for a refund, my money has been on "hold for review" for 9 days! Like come on, you can take the money instantly but to put it back it takes you more than 9 days?! I know you say between 5-7 working days (even though it shouldn't even take that long) but more than 9 days?! No.

Does it say held on review or just "held", because never heard of "held on review" for a refund only "temp hold or pending".
Your best bet is to contact customer services.
Advice is voluntary.
