Hi. I have been waiting for a refund for items returned. As it has been over a month, I contacted the seller and they confirmed that the refund to my paypal account was done on 26 August 13. However I am unable to find the refund in my paypal account and neither is it in my bank account.
If you paid with a credit card, the funds are credited back to that card and it can take up to 2 weeks for the credit to show on your card statement. If you paid with your Account Balance or Bank Account, the refund should be credited back to your PayPal Account Balance. (It could take up to 4 days depending on the funding source the sender used.)
