I purchased a dress from a company called Sammydress in February for my wedding reception that was in march...I never recieved through dress and when asking the company what happened, I got broken English responses saying sorry you gave us wrong address so it got returned and if you want it you have to pay for shipping again (address was correct). I was then told I would recieve a refund through PayPal and that they had let paypal know. It is now November and I never recieved a refund. I feel this business is very shady and I am not hapay with this situation and that I haven't recieved the refund. What do I do now?
