Hi, on Dec 28, 2016 I purchased something from epoch for $35.47($2.64 was taken from my Paypal and the other $32.83CAD was taken from my bank account linked with Paypal. I issued for a full refund on Dec 31, 2016 and epoch told me to wait 6-8 business days for it to appear in my paypal/bank account. It's been 9 days(Jan 9, 2017) so far and I have only received back $2.64 to my PayPal but the other $32.83 I still havn't received yet(not sure if its going to soon appear on PayPal or my bank account), does it take longer for my bank to approve this refund from the website/paypal because I have no clue, could anyone help me out with this? I was told that epoch has done their job issuing the refund, now its PayPal job to give me the full refund so I came here to ask for help. Thanks
by the way: I have a $35.47 that has completed as Refunded - Preapproved payment &
one that is still pending as refund for $35.47, my bank account number is also a debit visa if that helps with anything
