I know this is a help board and not paypal customer services and no one here can view my account. I came to the help board because I need HELP with something.
I don't need anyone looking at my account. I need to know why I have not been refunded the amount in to my bank account even after Hostgator has refunded it AND it's showing in my Paypal account.

Polite? You're asking me to be polite after you just ignored my genuine question in the first place? So you could have actually helped me?

You asked EXACTLY how long...........no one can tell you exactly apart from customer services.
As for an estimate of how long and where the refund is that i could help you with.
But your demanding an instant answer or you will go elsewhere rather than asking politely did not inspire me to go to any particular trouble.
Try Twitter?? as you said you were going to.

No problem. I don't work for paypal and they are quite happy with my posts and I am perfectly entitled to my opinion just as you are and equally entitled to answer or refuse to answer a post.
