I had a claim for an item I never received. The seller was asked to provide shipping information, in which he could not. Paypal then decides to settle the case in his favor. How could that even be possible? I paid for my item, he didn't provide tracking information when asked, but he gets the money at the end? I just don't understand. Is there a number I can call to sort this out? I already appealed the claim as item not as described because I didn't know what else to do. Hopefully Paypal can do the right thing and return my money.
