I purchased a item on ebay then to discover the item had been removed by ebay, i assume ebay thought the lististing was suspect. Ebay told me to not pursue the transation though i had already done so. I had no problem cancelling the paypal payment from ging through, however today i checked by bank statment and the money has been taken out. Will i get at refund?
When you pay a seller so you don't have to wait for items and as long as you have bank up funding sources listed in your paypal account then paypal pay the seller for you and then commence the process of transferring the funds.
When the transaction is cancelled they can't u-turn that process, they have to wait for the funds to upload to them so they can then return them to your bank account. hope this helps........
