I recently sent payment through goods and services and tried to dispute it through unathorised activity becuase the seller isnt responding but lost. I was wondering if i can dispute again if i do not recieve the item and tracking information.
By filing an unauthorised transaction you are saying that your paypal account had been hijacked and used without your consent, as paypal presumably could not find any evidence of that the dispute was closed.
Normally you can only open x1 dispute per transaction but if you phone customer services they may open one for non receipt for you if you explain you made a mistake.
