Can you reopen a dispute?

No but u can try to appeal one if u have fresh evidence that wasnt included in the previous one

Well I opened it because the items didn't arrive, the seller got in contact with me sent the items (so I canceled the dispute)but when I checked he only sent 1 item and it was two sizes to small.

I would contact the seller and tell them u only received 1

No joy then u might be able to open ISNAD dispute as u already opened INR

Dont close  a dispute until u are satisfied with the outcome

Unfortunately you can't open a SNAD dispute if you have already CLOSED an item not received dispute.

You can only CHANGE it to a SNAD dispute if you have an INR dispute open and received the item and it is SNAD !!!

I gave u the wrong info

Closed cases cant be reoopened if it was still open u could have changed it my mistake

ISNAD was a typo error Im sure u know what I meant
