Ongoing Claim

Hello PayPal Community , Hoping someone can help! Beginning of August I purchased a dress from a clothing site , the dress arrived in good time however when I opened up my parcel the dress had holes in, a bow was half falling off, there was a robust looking yellow stain at the bottom of it so naturally of course I wasn't very happy ! I messaged the seller directly to try and come to some agreement, she said the dress must have accumulated its damage during the delivery process (yeah right!) and then she stopped replying . I escalated the dispute to a claim on PayPal . On the resolution centre section it says 'waiting for sellers response' but she had until the 01/9/17 to respond and that was yesterday but nothing has changed . Please can someone advise what happens now and how long the refund process is going to take ? Thank you so much 🙂

Normally paypal would tell you to return the item back to the seller if they found in your favour.

But occasionally they do not but its odd nothing has happened if you have escalated.

Why not give c.s. a call for an update?
