Negative balance

Hi, 

I recently had a negative balance of £45, this has since been paid. It was because I bought something on ebay when there was no money in my account. However, £45 has now gone from my account to refund the negative balance, but £45 has also gone to the ebay member although I haven't paid them twice. Is this right, or will it be corrected in it's own time?

i am - £219 why is this on ebay i sold a tent they make a claim and want the money maybe its that?
