Money refund

Hi,

i was sent sent a refund for return postage but I go to withdraw money it says I have nothing there and it is just sitting there and I can't get at it

is it showing in your paypal balance OR just in your paypal activity list?

is it showing temp hold or pending?

how did you FUND the paypal payment to the seller in the first place, bank transfer or card?

Showing in PayPal activity as a refund, I paid by card.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

Still not had it refunded back onto my card and it was on Feb 8th that it was refunded:(
