Lack of Response from Paypal!

I am in despair here and wonder if anyone else has had the same problem or can offer advice please. After 7 weeks trying to reach an agreement with a company I am in dispute with I have reluctantly escalated upgraded the Dispute to a Claim. When trying to give all the details to uphold my Claim I couldn't, for reasons unknown to myself and a computer expert I consulted, stay logged in to Paypal long enough to respond to their request for as much information as possible. I tried three times, only to lose all my typing and information when I pressed 'Send' as I was promptly redirected back to 'Log In'. Over the weekend I've messaged PayPal three times and the only response I had was a message advising me to delete my first query as I had accidentally put it out to all the public. I was very grateful for this but what it did not do - and hasn't done since despite two private messages - is advise me as to how to get round this problem and send them all the information they need to support my claim. As my time limit to upgrade to a Claim expires very soon I felt I had to go ahead and send all the details in several consecutive messages in the Resolution Centre but guess what!!!! Having sent one message telling them this is what I intend to do I now find I cannot send/add to my first message! In the Resolution Centre it now says my Claim is 'Under Review' and that they are waiting for a response from the Seller. I feel this is totally biased against me as apart from the messages I sent via the Resolution Centre, Paypal is not in receipt of other messages and even personal emails I wish to send that would support my claim. If the sum of money was not so considerable I would have given up by now but I intend to take this as far as I can. The basis for the dispute is twofold: 1) the website states 'Free Shipping Worldwide' (they've tried to charge me which contavenes the Trade Description Act) and 2) it also states 'Easy Returns' which is categorically not the case. I am very tempted to write a truthful, accurate and honest account of my dealings with them on Facebook where they advertise but for obvious reasons I prefer to wait for any results by PayPal. Any advise would be very much appreciated as I am determined to do everything in my power to bring this to a satifactory and fair - to me and any other possible customers - conclusion.

Lose the bold type and put in some editing and paragraphs and someone may take the time to read it.

Was a bit taken aback by your curt response as I'm new to all this so maybe it's the norm! My thanks happened to be genuine and I'm about to rewrite my message so maybe someone else will read it and respond.

Well sorry that you did not like me asking you to put some paragraphs etc so its easier to read.
I am answering a lot of posts at the moment and also trying to cook tea, so if folks are concise and direct its easier to advise.
But no probs I will leave someone else to help you as you don't like my advice.
Bye

Not that its anything to do with you but NO its not enough that its just in English.
I haven't got the time and can't be bothered to wade through a huge block of text that is why i ask posts to be edited / and paragraphs including.
But feel free to answer the question yourself if you want to give up the time to read it all and know the answer.
