Item is paid for but not in stock

I have ordered a Lense for a camera on 2nd December on the internet , a christmas present for someone in the family  with a camera . The sellers have taken the money out of my account , £127.49 ,  but say the item is still being processed as it is currently out of stock . I have no idea when it will be available ( could be weeks ) and then it will take 6-8 days shipping . As i need it for christmas , could i be reimbersed fully , so i can buy it from somewhere where it actually is in stock .The company is Eglobal Central uk
