hello
i sent money to an old employee of mine in error. now, he is not answering because I believe he is not into online business anymore. i tried finding for a solution in paypal but it keeps saying:
we currently provide support for english, spanish or french. please use supported language when contacting us.
(i live in the philippines)
i cannot even find an email address for paypal!
help please.. how can i cancel payment or get the money back?

Did you send it as a "gift" or "goods" option.
What does it say in your paypal account?
1. Unclaimed.
2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed?
