I SENT MONEY ERRONEOUSLY, RECEIVER NOT RESPONDING - WHAT TO DO? HOW TO CANCEL???

hello

 

i sent money to an old employee of mine in error. now, he is not answering because I believe he is not into online business anymore. i tried finding for a solution in paypal but it keeps saying:

 

we currently provide support for english, spanish or french. please use supported language when contacting us.

 

(i live in the philippines)

 

i cannot even find an email address for paypal!

 

help please.. how can i cancel payment or get the money back?

Did you send it as a "gift" or "goods" option.

 

What does it say in your paypal account?

 

1. Unclaimed.

2. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

3. Completed?

click on contact us at the bottom of the page. click either call us or email us, depending on your preference. paypal staff will halp you with your query
