I have researched that you can only file a dispute after 7 days, if the item has not arrived.

But is this 7 days after the date you paid

Or 7 days after the date it’s posted

Ebay or paypal dispute??

You have up to 45 days to file a dispute and i think 7 days is way to early to start filing.

With paypal i believe its 8 days from the time of paying.

And it's just something I read in the terms and conditions about the 7 day thing.
