How to set refunds to PayPal balance instead of credit card

Hi Is there any way for setting refunds always go to PayPal balance instead of credit card? I need to do this because I have to pay extra money each time I convert from ILS to USD and then in the refund I need to pay it again so I want to save it.. Thanks!

Sorry no don't think so.

If you originally pay a seller via funds in your paypal balance OR instant bank transfer then refunds will to back to your paypal balance.

If you originally pay a seller via your debit or credit card then refunds will go back to your debit or credit card.
