I got an iphone..But seller never delivered it but he argued that he delivered according to post office report. And he sent to me e-mail that " post man left the item in front of the door of garage (even not mine-somewhere in the street near my home).. I am in shocked.. ıs this a new way of stealing money of people??
I did not get the item..

I did not see the stuff of post office..
they don't have any paper to prove of delivery..
I opened a case on ebay to discuss with seller but he never accepts but he can not prove it eather.. I am tired of writing to him..
I want my moıney back. I wanted to open a dispute for this but PP syas that they can nopt open dispute because I have an opened case on ebay about the same item..
What should I do?
I am new on ebay and I need help.. I even don't know my rights about this seirous problem...
