How long before I get my refund?

Hello!

I purchased something via eBay & have requested for my money back as the item was not as described.

It has been approaching a week and I am getting worried!

I just want my £174 back please!

How long do I have to wait for my refund?V

Did you buy the item from an ebay seller or another website?

If so have you contacted the seller and asked for a refund and if so have you returned the item?

If it was on ebay and the seller has refused a refund then file for item not as described via the resolution tab in your paypal account > give all the info and then escalate the dispute to a claim.

Paypal may ask you to return the  item first but wait for info.

There is no guarantee that paypal will find in your favour.
