I had recently made a purchase on Ebay for an item but when I recieved the item I found that it was not for me/working properly. I made this purchase as a guest but now I'm at a loss on how to get my money back and return this item. I emailed the seller but he hasn't replied and it's been a few days.

HELP?!

You can still open a dispute but as you paid as a guest buyer you need to contact customer services and ask them to do it for you.

Contact us bottom of paypal pages .> call us option on the left.

Don't go to your bank yet as they do not have to do a chargeback for items under £100 its discretionary and also they often don't if a 3rd party eg paypal are involved.
