I had £14.85 paypal balance and wanted to buy something for £15 as a gift so that I pay the fees. The fees were 71p so I paid £14.85 from my balance then 86p from my card linked to my account.
Now, I received a refund on the transaction, but paypal took off the 71p fees again so I only received £14.29 back into my balance. And no refund on the card has appeared.
Are fee's really charged for both sending the money and receiving the refund???
