Error typing [payment by paypal email address

I made an error typing my paypal email address on my listings.

My customers paid to the wrong email address - there is no account under this address

Some of my customers are unable to get their money back and are pretty annoyed with me for my error. 

Other customers managed to get it sorted and I have posted off their purchases

I would like to advise the ones who have now cancelled how to get their money back.

If there is no account under that email addy then the payment should be unclaimed in your buyers paypal accounts and there should be a cancel button next to the transaction, get them to use it.

The money should then go back to their funding source or paypal account but if the funding source it will take a few days to show.
