I have been looking for quite a while to buy a couple of concert tickets.
The person who has offered them has claimed she needs the money urgently for repairs on her car.
The tickets have not been posted yet however she says that once the money has been received she will proceed with changing the shipping address and send me a confirmation email.
She has shown me a legitimate email to say she has ordered the tickets, However, I am worried about being scammed.
Will PayPal cover me or not? any tip would be appreciated.
