Account Debitted

So on the 26th of this month my PayPal Account was debitted. I checked my PayPal balance today it still hasn't fallen into negative balance and PayPal sent a refund of the ammount I paid for what I bought to my bank account?

Sorry read it over and over and can't make any sense of that post.

PayPal debitted my account about 5 days ago, I was told that when this happens my account should fall into a minus balance but it didnt, and PayPal for some reason refunded my bank accounted the money that was meant to be debitted.
