i initiated a refund. i didnt have enough funds in my paypal account to cover it. there was no option but to take it out of my bank account to cover it. i even clicked back and there was no option for me to choose a card. this person needs their refund right away. i want to cancel the refund and send a payment to them instead. can i do that? or maybe call paypal and have them take it out of a card instead?
or really in a couple days ill have paypal funds avail, so i can do it out of those. can i cancel the refund in a couple of days and have it taken out of my paypal balance?
