I wanted to refund a customer part of their transaction. I accidentally refunded to the wrong customer and want to cancel the transaction but can't figure out how.
Is this possible? The transaction is "uncleared" and is supposed to clear in 4 days. Shouldn't I be able to cancel it since it hasn't cleared yet?
