The package I received from USPS was totally destroyed. Fortunately the merchant agreed to which I thought was a full refund, but after checking my account I was refunded the cost of the merchandise only. Am I wrong to think I should have received the full purchase price? The merchant charged $16 for shipping. Thanks in advance for any help.
