Ordered a DVD from Plimus, went through PayPal, failed to give our shipping address, contacted Plimus and Tesla Bluepri t giving the shipping address.  No confirmation anyone received our emails, but we were persistent, then the item arrived finally. Have not opened up the item and want to return it.  Got an email from Plimus that a full refund has been issued to credit card. Checked credit card today and no credit has been issued as of 9/15/2011.  So how do I get a refund from PayPal? Or how do I get a refund from my credit card.?  Product has not been opened, thus we are going to return it.
