Need to Cancel Postage, but reprint and send package. Been too long.. Help!

Hi I printed my postage and my printer was out of ink so it was not clear enough to use. I waited a few days until I could get an ink cartridge, now I am not allowed to reprint postage, cannot find a way to get a postal refund, and will I have to pay again to ship package. I just want a refund on postage, and then do it again so I can get this package out! Help!

I need same help. I ran out of ink and did not void it in time and now it is past 48 hours and I cannot figure out how to get refund or reprint!

I paid for postage for a package. I tried to print it. It did not print so I tried  reprint agian. My black ink would not print. I had to travel and came back to deal with it when I got a new cartridge and now there is no reprint button, no refund button and no Void button!!!

How do I get credit for this or just reissue the label? HELP please

WTF they never answer questions that have to do with us getting our money back from PAYPAL like for postage or fees.

I'm going in circles, this is bs.  I want my $50.00 back from the ups label I printed and won't use because the buyer changer her mind, I will not be shipping.  There is NO VOID LABEL choice.

In my e mail I click "void label " and it sends me to pay pal but warns in red that I have the wrong transaction id? !l.

It tells me to go here or there and click that but that is not there, admI get sent in circles... Does anyone know how to talk to a human/
