Missed "Payment Review" email, how to get it resent?

I think I caused the problem I have by not seeing my "Added New Address" email from Paypal in my new inbox. Then, some time later, I sent my daughter money and Paypal did the "Payment Review" thing, holding up the money, and it's been there since. I'm thinking I should have gotten an email concerning this but I didn't because I hadn't confirmed the new email..

 

Sound right? So I guess what I need is a way to get Paypal to resend the missing email so that I can say, from an authorized email account, that I did mean for the payment to be made. Anyone know how to do this? I have been all over the resolution center, no help there.
