Anyone have an answer. This is my first time trying to use paypal to receive money. Anyone who has done so before could quickly answer this. I think I am being scammed, and would like to know, do the funds show up in my account right away or do i need to ship first? I got an email that looked like it was from paypal saying i needed to ship it for the funds to go into my account, but i am not about to send something with no money first.
