Commercial Entity Agreement - Was accept and now not accepting MasterCard

Dear PayPal,

 

I accepted the Commercial Entity Agreement the same day it was posted and yesterday I received a email from PayPal stating I can no longer receive payments if my buyers uses Master Card. Please help me get this issue sorted out.
