I had the same issue.My feedback is Perfect!They said the holds are from too many other Bad Apples Scamming and Making us Suffer.You don't have to Call and hear them avoid the issue.Its Easy! Just go to your PayPal Account to send funds.Then go to Invoice.Every Item you sell You will write an Invoice,have it ready before you list it.Your Bank account info is there and complete it.No One Can get this info it is still secure with PayPal.Complete the Invoice your listing there will be a box to Leave a Note.In that box or in the add you can state the winning bidder not to Hit the Buy now or Pay Now but to instead Message you that they want to purchase and to give you there Email to send them the invoice to make sure the Price and shipping amount is correct they agree in thee Email then they Can see the Pay Now In your Email that will Show up in the email you sent them through Paypal.The money goes right into your Account.No Holds Or CONTROL.Tricked an Paypal rep and they slipped and told me.Thats what 2 yrs.of Verbal Subliminal Persuasion of learning does for You!
