Activating PDT

I got this message from Paypal.PayPal "Instant Payment Notification Warning".. Having investigated I found a page all about Activating PDT. But the instructions are not the same as what I have in my Paypal account. It tells you to:

• Log in to your PayPal account.
• Click the Profile subtab.
• Click Website Payment Preferences in the Seller Preferences colum

But in my account there is no option for Website Payment Preferences. There is My Selling Preferences. I tried the Profile for both my standard account and my business account.

Any ideas?

Yeah having the same problem too. It's navigation interface is really poorly designed.
