Hello,
Since 12th of December I started to withdraw some of my PayPal money, and each day I transferred a fixed amount. The problem is that I didn't received first withdrawal to my credit card.
- I talked with the bank, they said that there isn't no transaction on that date
- I talked with PayPal and they said that there is a transaction on that date.
- All other withdrawals arrived (7 of them) but the first one didn't.
Can someone explain me what happened?
