I am getting paypal response in return url when payment goes from buyers a/c to business a/c. Now I've to do payment from business a/c to buyers a/c with same code just replacing both mail ids places. Then why i am not getting any kind of paypal response in return url?

Can you provide more details about your integration?

It seems you are using PayPal Standard to receive the payment from the buyers, which are automatically returned to your URL after the payment, with the details of the payment.

However, I'm not sure if I understand what you are trying to do afterwards. Are you using the same PayPal code but pointing to the buyer account? that wouldn't be a recommended way of sending a payment to customers (you can use Send Money feature from your PayPal account or MassPay/Payouts API, if approved for it).
