cannot conect paypal to shopify

Hi 

im having alot of trouble setting up paypal. i click activate express paypal i enter email and password the next screen shows the terms and then i click agree and connect. then error to many reddirects. ive tried several times to log out of everything, clear all cookies and cache and try again with no luck. ive tried 2 different computers and iphones still no luck. different browsers was suggested also tried all of them no luck. have been on shopify message support and paypal support for 2 days and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated
