Webhook creates a delay of 8 hours

My sandbox merchant account is C2 ，At the beginning, webhook will be received within 5 minutes of the transaction ，but yesterday tested webhook received 8 hours after the transaction，I donothing at account setting，what should I do to fix this issue。

The first tests got webhook event created after few mins. Since last week they got huge delay, even 12+ hours.

Hard to test a listener.

What is the reason?

We're having the same issue here. Config is the same, but starting from June, it takes days to receive webhooks. Is PayPal going to solve this problem? Or is there anything we can in our end?

I ran into the same issue, that the webhook notifications in the sandbox get fired with a considerable delay, i.e. hours after the event has gone through. I have only tried using the webhooks in the sandbox so far, but is this something that also happens in the live environment?
