Im deveolping a non-US service (for a company based in Israel).
I need to create a "deposit", or payment pre-authorization,
for 2 users which are exchanging goods.
The whole process could take 3 months.
once both sides agree, the "deposit" is released.
in worst case scenario, i need to withdraw one user's held funds
and transfer the amount to the second user.
Can i achieve that with REST API? I'm using Node.js for Backend.
if not, how can i get that idea to work?
